I yam what I yam

It’s been a while since my last truly geeky post, but I think this makes up for it: I am Slackware Linux. Which OS are you? (via Eric Meyer)

An image explaining why I am Slackware Linux.

You are Slackware Linux. You are the brightest among your peers, but are often mistaken as insane. Your elegant solutions to problems often take a little longer, but require much less effort to complete.

  1. It turns out that I’m:
    Which OS are You?
    Which OS are You?

    You Are Amiga OS
Ahead of your time. You keep a lot of balls in the air. If only your parents had given you more opportunities to succeed.

    Man! That’s just spooky!

  2. A couple of years ago I’d have preferred to be Amiga OS over anything else–I have fond memories of the Guru Meditation Error, the Enforcer and multiple different-resolution screens. Now, “being” a Linux distribution is eerily appropriate.

(New version of MT will have an HTML sanitizer, at which point I’ll try to remember to put the image back in your comment.)
