(Most frequently found is a previous <a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/2002\/09\/16\/no_sex_please_were_british.html\">post about search terms<\/a>&#8230; determining why is left as an exercise for the reader.)  Rather than mark the pages uncacheable or remove them entirely, I&#8217;d prefer to add <q>anti-keywords<\/q> that search engines could use to <em>remove<\/em> the pages from their results for those queries.  There&#8217;s a short discussion on this at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webmasterworld.com\/forum8\/456.htm\">Webmaster World<\/a>, but no real solution.
