{"id":160,"date":"2003-01-14T21:58:49-05:00","date_gmt":"2003-01-15T05:58:49+00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/peterjanes.ca\/wordpress\/?p=160"},"modified":"2003-01-14T21:58:49-05:00","modified_gmt":"2003-01-15T05:58:49+00:00","slug":"big","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peterjanes.ca\/blog\/2003\/01\/14\/big\/","title":{"rendered":"Big"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='e-content'><p>Some people would have you believe <span title=\"well, that's how folks around here pronounce it\">Londonontario<\/span> is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gazette.uwo.ca\/2002\/March\/21\/news1.htm\">all mixed up<\/a> for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.city.london.on.ca\/Planning\/Arena\/arena.htm\">various<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.londoncc.com\/\">downtown<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coventmarket.com\/\">projects<\/a> the city has recently undertaken, but we&#8217;ve got nothing on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.giantlavalamp.com\/\">Soap Lake, <abbr title=\"Washington\">WA<\/abbr><\/a> (via <a href=\"http:\/\/weblog.burningbird.net\/fires\/000830.htm\">Burningbird<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n<p>Even the Soap Lake project can&#8217;t hold a candle (ha ha) to the <a href=\"http:\/\/rowlandweb.com\/adventure\/eatwine.asp\"><cite>Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota<\/cite><\/a>, though.  I mean, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.weirdal.com\/\">Weird Al Yankovic<\/a> even wrote a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.com-www.com\/weirdal\/thebiggestballoftwineinminnesota.html\">song<\/a> about it.
