I&#8217;ve got another chapter from her in my inbox right now that I&#8217;ll probably read before I head off to bed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Why is this noteworthy?  Because everything about the evening was fun.  Because the book is <strong>good<\/strong>, and getting better all the time.  Because, as <a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/2002\/11\/12\/lemonade.html\">I&#8217;ve<\/a> <a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/2002\/11\/15\/writer.html\">written<\/a> <a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/2002\/11\/26\/writing_hand_see_penmanship.html\">before<\/a>, she&#8217;s just generally cool to be around.  And, before any of you smart alecks start taking this the wrong way, because we&#8217;re <em>friends<\/em>.  (Not <cite>just<\/cite> friends, though.
