I&#8217;ve updated <a href=\"http:\/\/peterjanes.ca\/blog\/archives\/2004\/02\/19\/xfn-css\">my stylesheet<\/a> accordingly; it&#8217;s quite a bit bigger because I chose to duplicate the 1.0 selectors rather than switch to CSS3 <samp>*=<\/samp> syntax.  As noted in the original post, it&#8217;s largely theoretical: most people can&#8217;t use the CSS3 rules, and both CSS2 and CSS3 are made redundant by the last rule that overrides everything above.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Anyway, that&#8217;s not what this is about.  What this is about is a bit of geek humour using the <code>rel<\/code> attribute.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><a href=\"#\" rel=\"kin crush\">Better be careful, or&#8230;<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"#\" rel=\"sibling sweetheart\">&#8230;welcome to the Appalachians!<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"#\" rel=\"muse sibling\">Calliope, Clio, Erato, Euterpe, Melpomene, Polyhymnia, Terpsichore, Thalia, and Urania<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"#\" rel=\"neighbor sweetheart\">Don&#8217;t tell<\/a> <a href=\"#\" rel=\"spouse\">the missus<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"#\" rel=\"co-worker sweetheart\">Danger Will Robinson!<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"#\" rel=\"child sweetheart\">Nabokov material<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>All of the above are legal&#8230; that is, with respect to the specification!
