Of the whole set that Dave links to I think the two <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=syf8olcM0z4\" title=\"Pulp Fiction\">movie<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=rIDdx7NPJgo\" title=\"Ocean's Eleven\">clips<\/a> are my favourites, because they&#8217;re not just about making the words move, they&#8217;re about telling the story <strong>with<\/strong> the type.  (Note that the <cite class=\"title\">Brazil<\/cite> one <strong>isn&#8217;t<\/strong> related to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0088846\/\">the movie<\/a>, which is disappointing; I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s a &#8220;What does Marsellus Wallace look like?&#8221; scene that could be re-visualized to good effect.)<\/p><\/div><div class=\"syndication-links\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Dave Shea has found a number of typography + motion experiments on YouTube and elsewhere.
