It’s summer music festival time, which makes this cautionary tale all the more topical:
I have several musical friends who are travelling by air in the near future, to places all across Canada and even into Europe, so here’s hoping none of them end up becoming one of the one or two cases a year where this happens.
So I have sent this to many many people – including those that I know that were formerly baggage handlers for Air Canada. I mean, of COURSE they have never seen anyone mishandle a bag there eh? Here’s hoping that United does more than say they will call this guy. Last I heard they had stated that they would publicly but he had yet to hear from them…
